General Return Policy
We want you to love your PixelKnot artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition;
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories;
- Properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@mindscape.top with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before receiving return approval from our team.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives. If your item is damaged during shipping, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mindscape.top and provide photos or videos of the issue.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personalized and handmade nature, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom Button Art created from your personal photos or designs;
- Personalized artwork;
- Items that have been assembled, used, or modified;
- Gift cards.
For custom products, we carefully review the design details before production to ensure the final artwork meets your expectations.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mindscape.top. Orders that have already entered production or shipping cannot be cancelled.
